CNC-Brake adapter
PM-PM+43
Dear Customer,
thank you for purchasing a CNC machined Trickstuff brake adapter. These adapters are made of 7075-T6 aluminum and
are extremely light with 14 grams (total weight without bolts).
Delivery contents:

1 Adapter PM to PM, +43 mm
Please be sure to follow these instructions:

7075 T6 aluminum is susceptible to corrosion, especially when exposed to salt, despite the high-quality anodized
surface. To protect the adapters from this, they should be sprayed with spray wax and polished before installation,
not only when used in winter.

Position the labeled side, facing away from the wheel.

First attach the adapter to the fork or rear triangle using M6 bolts (Length 16 mm, strength class at least 8.8 or A4-70)
with washers (maximum 11mm diameter). Maximum tightening torque given by frame or fork manufacturer but not to
exceed 8Nm.

Now mount the brake caliper with M6 screws (length 16 mm, strength class at least 8.8 or A4-70) with washers
(10mm maximum diameter, sharp edge of the washers pointing upwards!) on the adapter and adjust the brake caliper
centered over the brake disc.

Use only screws with medium strength thread locker or apply 1 drop each of Loctite Medium Strength to the bolt
threads.

Tightening torque of the screws is 6 to 8 Nm.
Use M6 Screws (Length 16 mm, strength class at least 8.8 or A4-70).

Check the tightening torque before each ride.
Enjoy your Trickstuff CNC brake adapters!
