6 “prewash “button

The machine performs a prewash cycle at 30°C max.
The prewash cycle ends with a short spin at 650 r.p.m.
in programmes for

cottons

and

synthetics

, and with

emptying of the water for

delicates

.

This option is

not

available with the

wool/(handwash)

programme

, soak 30

and

mini 30.

For use when washing heavily soiled laundry.

7 “extra rinse” button

This option can be selected with all programmes, except
the

wool/(handwash)

programme

, soak 30

and

mini 30

. The machine will add 2 rinses for cotton and 1

rinse for synthetics and delicates.
This option is recommended for people who are allergic
to detergents and in areas where the water is very soft.

8 “easy iron” button

By selecting this button the laundry will be gently
washed and spun to avoid any creasing. In this way
ironing is easier. Furthermore the machine will perform
6 rinses instead of 3 for cotton and 4 rinses instead of 3
for synthetics. This function can be used only for cotton
and synthetic fabrics.
If this option is selected for cotton programmes, the spin
speed automaticaly will reduce to 900 rpm.
If this option is selected for synthetic programmes with
a temperature of 60°C, the machine will perform a
washing cycle at max 40°C.

9 “start/pause” button

This button has two functions: start and pause

Start

After having selected the required programme, press this
button to start the machine; the corresponding pilot light
stops flashing.

Pause

To interrupt a programme which is running, press the

start/pause”

button: the corresponding pilot light

starts to flash.
To restart the programme from the point at which it was
interrupted,

press the start/pause button again

.

10 Programme progress display

By selecting the wash programme, the pilot lights
corresponding to the various phases making up the
programme come on.
After the machine has started, only the running phase
light illuminate and stay on. (If you have selected the

soak

” programme the pilot light “

prewash

illuminates”). When the programme has finished, the

end

” pilot light comes on and the door can be opened.

The “

end

” pilot light flashes in the event of operating

problems.

1 flash

= the machine does not fill

2 flashes

= the machine does not empty

4 flashes

= the door has not been closed

To eliminate the problem, see paragraph “Something not
working”.
If the “

filter”

pilot light flashes at the end of the

programme this means that the drain filter must be
cleaned.
