Trouble-Shooting
“When the power button is not working.”
• Check the power outlet if the machine is properly plugged in.
“Water in the pitcher is not rotating.”
• Check and make sure that the power is on, press minute button and then
press start/ stop button.
• Make certain that the spinner with the silicone ring is place at the center of
the mineral basket.
• Check if the mineral basket is securely placed at the bottom center inside the pitcher.
• Check if the pitcher is properly placed on the base of the Duet.
“Strange noise coming from the pitcher.”
• Check if the silicone ring is broken.
• Check if the silicone ring is flatly warpped around the spinner.
• Make certain that there is nothing inside the pitcher except water, spinner with
silicone ring, and the mineral basket.
Added Feature
The Duet Water Revitalizer has a timer that inform users to
discard/ replace used mineral basket:
When you have used your mineral basket for a total of 3,000 minutes “CC”
message (change cube) lights on the display. It is very important to replace
the mineral basket when “CC” starts flashing on the display.
