The amplifiers have two different adjustment options via 3-click switches:
Tilt/Slope:
(basic configuration = 0dB), 6 and 12dB amplifies the
higher channel numbers more than lower channel numbers. Use this for
the higher channels if you have poor quality.
Attenuator:
(basic configuration = 6dB), 0 and 12 dB turn the signal
strength UP or DOWN, respectively. Use this if the signal is poor on all
channels.
Adjustment
The Power
Only once all of the antenna cables are connected at both ends can you
connect the amplifier’s (and a possible cable modem’s) power
cable to the AC outlet, and turn on the power. A green light
will show the amplifier is working
Place the white lid over the amplifier. Your TV amplifier installation is now
complete. You can watch TV and listen to the radio via the connected
devices, subject to the signal your cable TV/communal antenna supplier
or private antenna delivers. If the appliances have never previously been
in operation, you will need to conduct a channel scan first to get the
available radio and television channels.

the amplifier, please check the installation instructions on the previous
