Verifying IIS is working properly

Go to Start-> Control Panel-> Administrative Tools

Then, double click on Services of Internet Information Server

On the Status Bar must say: Active.

If you have already installed Windows 2003 Web Edition / Server, make sure you have the license

to execute ASP.NET v1.1.
