III. Instructions:
1)
Place the basic unit of the MULTI-ROASTER on an even surface.
2)
Add the desired accessories (roasting pan or 2-sided non-stick grilling and frying plate)
including the lid.
3)
Connect the unit to the electric circuit. Turn the power switch to

in order to
pre-heat the appliance (5-10 minutes).

is intended for roasting grilling, frying and baking.

is intended to keep all ingredients warm.
6)
After usage turn the switch to Position

and let the appliance cool dowm.
7)
Cleaning the appliance : The unit must be turned off and must be disconnected from the
power circuit. DO NOT immerse the basic unit in water ! Wipe off the unit with a damp
cloth. Never use any sharp objects or aggressive detergents to clean the appliance.
8)
Store the MULTI-ROASTER in a cool and dry place.
ROASTING, GRILLING, BAKING, FRYING Instructions :
A)
CHESTNUTS.
Add the roasting pan including lid to the basic unit and pre-heat the appliance for 5-10
minutes on position HOT.
Cut the chestnuts on the round side with a sharp knife. Add all chestnuts on the same
time and roast for approx. 15-20 minutes with lid closed on position HOT. Stir frequently
with the spoon until all chestnuts split open. DO NOT use any fat or oil.
B)
BAKED POATOES
Add the roasting pan including lid to the basic unit and pre-heat the appliance for 5-10
minutes on position HOT.
Wrap the cleaned and dry potatoes in aluminium foil and bake for approx. 20-30 minutes
with the lid closed on position HOT. DO NOT use any fat or oil.
C)
GRILLING of meats, sausages, chicken-wings, chops, fish :
Add the 2-sided non-stick grilling and frying plate with the ribbed side facing up and
pre-heat the appliance with the lid closed for approx. 5-10 minutes on position HOT. Add
meat, chops, etc. And grill for approx 15- 25 minutes on position HOT. Turn food as
desired. Use fat sparingly.
D)
FRYING of pancakes, omelettes, crepes :
Add the 2-sided non-stick grilling and frying plate with the smooth side facing up and
pre-heat the appliance with the lid closed for approx 5-10 minutes on position HOT. Add
the pancake mix, eggs, etc and turn as needed. Use the enclosed spreader for spreading
the pancakes and creps. Also try French toast, tortillas, etc. !
