Put the fondue pan onto the heating plate and make sure the bottom fully contacts with the
heating plate.

Turn the knob to the “MAX” position and the indicator light goes on. The unit starts to work.

It is normal that the indicator light may cycle off and on due to the thermostatic control. This
shows that the temperature is being maintained at the correct cooking temperature.
6)
Please turn the knob to the “MIN” position after using it, to turn off the power. The indicator
light will go off.
