Setting the voice switch

When the monitor is off,press both “STRAT/STOP” and “SET” button, it will enter
voice setting mode. The vocie switch will blink, press “MEM” button to
decrease the volume, press “SET” button to increase the volume, the press
“START/STOP” button to confirm then the monitor will turn off.
