10 - Fiber Loop-Back 

Up - Disabled fiber loop-back.

Down - Enabled fiber loop-back.  

The loop-back setting is used for installation and
network debugging procedures.  When the fiber
loop-back function is enabled, the fiber port
loops all T1/E1 signals from the receive ports
back to the transmit ports. The loop-back test
scenarios are described in detail in the
Troubleshooting section.
