3. LEDs
There are four LEDs on the faceplate and one LED on the PCB:

(on PCB)
Power; on indicates power is on.
LED D1 lights to indicate the 3.3V is being
generated from the 12V PCIe voltage on the card.

on the top of the
card near the back
of the PCB.
