Unpack your system carefully.  If any items are missing, notify your sales representative.  If an 
item appears to be damaged from shipment, replace it in its packing material and notify the 
shipper. The subscriber kit contains the following items packaged in three boxes: 
 

- 1 transceiver unit 
- 2 mounting brackets 
- 4 nuts for mounting brackets 
- 1 Junction box 
- 1 power adapter 
- 1 Dish antenna (24 inch width) 
- 2 coaxial cables 
- 1 dish antenna feed element 
- 1 warranty card 

 

Service: 

 
If the unit ever needs repair service, contact your service provider or Sunstream Wireless 
distributor as appropriate for return authorization and shipping instructions.
