5. Remove the existing LSOV harness.
a. Disconnect the LSOV harness from the J8 header on
the Danfoss drive or J17 header on the AOC of the
variable speed side discharge units.
b. Remove several zip ties and disconnect the other
end of the harness that connects to the LSOV.
6. Open T.V.S. harness kit and remove the kit contents.
7. Connect the new wire harness (WIR10523). See Figure 1.
a. Connect one end of the new wire harness to the
LSOV.
b. Route the new wire harness through the same
way as the LSOV harness that was removed earlier.

c. Use the replacement zip ties to secure the new wire
harness.
d. Connect the other end of the new wire harness into
the J8 header on the Danfoss drive or the J17 header
on the AOC of the variable speed side discharge unit.
8. Place the wiring diagrams provided with the kit to the
inside of the control box cover.
9. Reinstall the unit top (step not required for side discharge
models).
10. Reinstall the unit side panel and the control box cover.
11. Connect all the electrical power to the unit and return the
unit to operation.
