Within a total period of 06 months, TRAMONTINA MULTI S.A. undertakes to repair or replace parts free of charge
which according to technical assessment display manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use and
maintenance.
The purchaser is responsible for shipping and packaging costs to the nearest Tramontina Authorised Service provider.
The purchaser is responsible for the equipment’s necessary periodical inspection, maintenance and cleaning, and
also for observing all the care requirements in the user’s manual.
The following are not covered by warranty:
• Damage caused by not following the guidance in this manual;
• Damage caused by improper use, such as: motor overload, electrical voltage different from the one specified in
the equipment, use of the equipment without protective skirt, nylon string with diameter different from the one
recommended, lack of maintenance and improper use of the equipment.
• Parts damaged by natural wear, accident, incorrect use and maintenance of the equipment or operator misuse;
• Parts damage through unsuitable use or assembly not conforming to the instructions in this manual;
• Equipment displaying signs of tampering, use of non-original parts, or repair by people not authorised by Tramontina.
NOTE
ALL PARTS PROVEN WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT WILL BE REPLACED
WITHOUT COST, WITHOUT HAVING TO CHANGE THE EQUIPMENT.
