TROUBLE SHOOTING
If you encounter the following problems in use, troubleshooting will help you quickly
solve the problem, if the problem is still not resolved, please contact the professional
or to the sales office advice, not privately open the machine, so as to avoid serious
consequences!
Problem Reason Solution
Unable to start
Car keys are not inserted into
the switch, not open the switch
Insert the car key and open
the switch
The power line is plugged into
the host
Insert the power cord
It is possible that the fuse of this
machine is burned
Replace the fuse with the
same rated current
Touch screen does not
respond
The system is dealing with affairs (road search, etc.), wait a
moment, if still can not solve, it is recommended to contact our
after-sales service to help solve
DVD discs can not play
Discs put negative direction
Correct the disc direction, the
light source face down into
the disc
The disc is scratched or
deformed
Replace good discs
Non-native support format discs Check the disc type and
replace the supported disc
DVD menu contents can
not be touched
May be non-genuine disc Please use genuine discs
DVD screen is poor
Brightness / Contrast /
Saturation is too small
Re-adjust the brightness /
contrast / saturation to the
appropriate state
No rear view image
No camera installed
Install the camera, insert the
host's CCD plug
Camera format is wrong
Replace the matching

The system is not
started, reversing the
