4.5 F/B input (optional)

The measuring system is equipped device specific with an F/B input on the device
connector. Depending on the measuring system option, the F/B function can be
triggered with either a high or a low level.

Option "F/B high-active":

By switching the external input with supply voltage (US), the currently set counting
direction is inverted. This also changes the sign of the measuring system speed.

Option "F/B low-active":

By connecting the external input with ground (GND), the currently set counting
direction is inverted. This also changes the sign of the measuring system speed.
