PCIe
A PCIe slot (PCIe ×4) is available on the MBa57xx. One lane is routed to the PCIe connector, see pin assignment Table 40.
Every standard compliant PCIe card can be used.
The AM57xx internal clock is not PCIe compliant. For this reason, a PCIe compliant clock is generated on the MBa57xx with a
9FGV0241AKILF clock generator. Detailed information can be found in the MBa57xx circuit diagram.
