Disconnect the check connector from the bracket.

(g)

Disconnect the engine wire clamp.

5. REMOVE EGR PIPE

Remove the 4 nuts, bolt, EGR pipe and 2 gasket.

6 . RE MO V E I NTAKE CHAMBE R S TAY

Remove the 2 bolts and intake chamber stay.

7 . RE MO V E AI R I NTAKE CHAMBE R A SSEMBLY

Disconnect these hoses:

EVAP hose from throttle body

S

Brake booster vacuum hose from union

S

Water bypass hose from water bypass pipe

S

Water bypass hose from cylinder head rear cover

(b)

Remove the 3 bolts, 2 nuts, air intake chamber assembly
and gasket.
