Important safety instructions!
1. Before using the charger, follow all instructions and safety instructions from: - charger - battery - Read the
product in which the battery is used.
2. Caution: To minimize the risk of injury, charge only rechargeable lead-acid batteries. Other types of batteries
could burst and cause personal injury and / or property damage.
3. Do not use in rain or snow.
4. Caution: To minimize the risk of fire, use the charger only in dry, well-ventilated areas. Do not use in rooms
where flammable liquids or explosive gases are stored.
5. Never cover the charger with clothing or similar items while charging. Enable air circulation!
6. Use of accessories or spare parts not recommended or sold by the charger manufacturer may result in fire,
electric shock or personal injury.
7. To avoid damage to cables or plugs, disconnect the charger from the mains or device, pull only on the plugs,
not on the cables.
8. Extension cords should only be used in extreme emergency. Use of improper extension cords may result in
fire and electric shock. If an extension cord must be used, make sure that:
a. The extension cord‘s contacts and plugs are the same number, size, and texture as the plugs on the charger.
b. The extension cable is correctly connected and undamaged. The cross-sections of the individual wires is at
least 0.75m².
9. Always route cables so that nobody steps on them, stumbles over them, or hampers other people.
10. Do not use the charger if the connector or cable is damaged. Replace them immediately!
11. Stop using the charger if it has been dropped, struck or otherwise damaged.
12. Do not disassemble the charger!
13. To avoid electric shock, always disconnect the power plug from the outlet before performing any mainte-
nance or cleaning on the charger.
