The WEEE directive, introduced in August 2006, states that all electrical items must be recycled,
rather than taken to landfill.
Please arrange to take this appliance to your local Civic Amenity site for recycling,
once it has reached the end of its life.
5 CLEANING & CARE
The jars and lids are dishwasher safe. Do not
wash the blade assembly in the dishwasher
as this can damage the silicone gasket seal. .
Do not immerse the Xtreme Pro in water or
any liquids.
1. Remove plug from the mains socket and
allow the appliance to cool down before
cleaning.
2. Do not immerse the base unit of the
appliance in water and ensure no water
enters the appliance.
3. Clean the base unit by wiping it with a
damp cloth. A little detergent can be
added needed.
4. Do not use scouring pads, steel wool,
any form of strong solvents or abrasive
cleaning agents to clean the appliance;
they may damage the outside surfaces
of the appliance.
5. Clean blade assembly in warm soapy
water.
6. Do not use any scouring pads, steel
wool, any strong solvents or abrasive
cleaning agents when cleaning
accessories.

To clean the blades fill to the max fill
level with warm soapy water. Connect
the blade assembly as per directions
and function for 30 seconds. Empty the
waste water and rinse with fresh hot
water. Repeat if necessary.
IMPORTANT!
In the base of each blade’s collar, there is a
silicone gasket seal that creates an airtight fit
with the jars. After dish-washing and before
each use, always check to make sure the
gasket is properly in place as the heat from
some dishwashers may cause the gasket to
become loose.
Storage
To store your appliance:
After cleaning, reassemble blade assembly to
open end of the sport bottle and then place in
the blender base. Snap the drinking lid on the
other end of the sport bottle.
