Using the Accessories:
This unit comes complete with a variety of accessories, for added versatility when
steaming.
The full list of attachable accessories included with the unit is as follows:
Extension hose For added reach when cleaning large garments or carpeting.
Fabric steaming tool For everyday garment steaming.
Microfibre cloth For use with the fabric steaming tool.
Long nozzle attachment For disinfecting and sterilising garments.
Nylon brush To remove stains from clothing.
Squeegee To clean glass surfaces.
Angled nozzle For steaming at hard-to-reach angles.
Funnel For use when filling up the water tank.
Measuring cup For accurate measuring when filling up the water tank.
6 - Troubleshooting
Problem Solution
The steamer is not working.
• Make sure the unit is plugged into the mains.
• Make sure the LED indicator at the side of the unit is not lit
up. If this indicator is lit up, the unit is still heating up. Wait
until the LED indicator has turned off before attempting to
use the unit.
The steamer is on and hot but no
steam is coming out
• Make sure the On/Off switch is pushed to the On position and
the steam trigger is being pressed down.
The steamer is taking too long to
heat up.
• The unit may need de-scaling. Follow the de-scaling
instructions in the Cleaning and Care section of this manual
to de-scale the steamer.
