Main  Operations Screen

When the system starts up, the Main Operations  Screen is displayed. 

This  screen is the monitor and control screen for automatic operation.

(1) “Process Auto”

Displays the Process Auto menu.

(2) “Status”

Switches to the Primary  Status  screen.

(3) “Recipe Data”

Switches to the Recipe Settings screen.

(4) “Error/Alarm”

Switches to the Error and Alarm  screen.

(5) “Counter”

Switches to the M achm eM onitor screen.

(6) “Log On/Log Off” Switches to the log on арД log o ff controls.

(7) “Menu”

Displays the menu.*  ?

(8) “Capture”

Outputs the current screen j n  prin't or as a bmp file.
