Bring
the
dongle
and
the
SIM
card
to
any
touch
branch.

detected:
Solution
1:
Close
the
Connect
Manager.
Remove
the
dongle
from
the
USB
port.
Insert
in
the
dongle
a
valid
SIM
card
with
an
active
line
status
(you
can
test
the
SIM
card
in
any
mobile
handset
to
be
sure
it
is
functional).
Insert
the
dongle
in
the
USB
port.
Wait
until
your
PC
completes
the
detection.
Open
the
Connect
Manager.
Solution
2:
(in
case
solution
1
did
not
work)
Close
the
Connect
Manager.
Remove
the
dongle
from
the
USB
port.
Insert
in
the
dongle
another
valid
SIM
card
(you
can
use
any
valid
SIM
card).
Insert
the
dongle
in
the
USB
port.
Wait
until
your
PC
complete
the
detection.
Open
the
Connect
Manager.
If
the
SIM
is
detected,
then
your
initial
SIM
card
is
defective
and
you
need
to
replace
it.
