Using your GRIP Malfunction Indication and Protection
Temperature protection feature: If the temperature of the device reaches over 70°C,
the output will shut off automatically and the screen will display “Temp Protection”
for 5 seconds. At this point, please stop using the device for a period of time until the
temperature drops to a normal level.
Charging the battery: The TW Grip is charged via the micro USB port. Charging time is
approximately 3 to 3.5 hours using a 1A charger. The battery power symbol on the OLED
screen will flash slowly during charge and will go out when fully charged. The TW Grip can
be used while charging.
Over 10s protection: If you hold the
power button for more than 10 seconds,
the output will be shut off and the OLED
will display “Over 10s”.
Atomizer short-circuit protection:
When an atomizer/output short-circuit
occurs, the OLED will display “Atomizer
Short”.
Atomizer low: The OLED screen will
display “Atomizer Low” if the resistance of
the atomizer is below 0.2
Ω
Low-voltage protection: When the
voltage of the battery drops below 3.3V, the
OLED screen will display “Atomizer Low”
and then change to “Lock” to indicate the
battery is locked.
Unlocking the low-voltage protection:
Charge the battery with the supplied USB
cable to unlock the low-voltage protection.
Low power alert: If the battery charge is
lower than 10%, the power symbol on the
OLED screen will flash.
