Adjusting temperature:
Target coil temperature is adjusted by pressing the up or down rocker button (D).
Press and hold either button to make large changes. Sweeping to either extreme of
the adjustment range will switch display from Fahrenheit (200°- 600°) to Celsius (100°-
315°) and vice versa.
