  Replace the plastic retainer, bobbin, and bobbin retainer. 

  Reinstall the spool retainer by pressing the tabs into the slots and pushing down 

until the spool retainer snaps into place. 

Charger maintenance 

  Keep the magazine clean and free of debris. 

  Prevent foreign material from entering the cavity or contacts. 

  Clean the charger with a dry cloth. Do not use solvents or water and do not place 

the charger in humid environments. 

  Please unplug the charger when the battery is low. 

  Fully charge the batteries before storing them. 

  Store the charger at normal room temperature. Do not store in excessive heat. 

  Do not use the charger in direct sunlight. If the battery is hot, allow it to cool down 

before recharging. 

Cleaning 

  Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are susceptible 

to damage from various types of commercial solvents and can be damaged by 

their use. 

  Use clean clothes to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc. 

  Avoid brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum based products, penetrating oils, etc. at 

no time come into contact with the plastic parts. Chemicals can damage, weaken 

or destroy plastics, resulting in serious personal injury. 

  Periodically clean all foreign material from the trimmer head vents. 

Storage 

  Open the attachment of the telescopic arm and put it in the shortest position. 

  Clean all foreign material from the trimmer. 

  Keep it in a place inaccessible to children. 

  Stay away from corrosive agents such as garden chemicals and antifreeze salts.
