Clauses of Guarantee
•
The guarantee is restricted to repairing or replacing the appliance that present defects in
workmanship and when there are defects of conformity to the sale contract: only in this case
the guarantee is free of charges included the charges of transport.
•
The guarantee is only valid if the document (cash/purchase receipt or original invoice) proving
the date of purchase is exhibited. The defected product must be given back complete with
all accessories.
•
The guarantee may not apply if the serial number on the product has been altered, deleted,
removed or made illegible.
•
This guarantee does not cover damages resulting from misuse or neclet, improper use or
installation from failure to observe the relevant requirements and recommendations provided
in the instruction manual, tampering, modification or alteration of the product, as well as
shocks and accident especially of the external parts. Moreover the guarantee explicitly
escludes damages caused by the incorrect connection or voltage, that are different from
those indicated on the technical features or rating plate, rush and as well as infiltration of
liquids, fire, electrostatic discharges or discharges due to the lightning, overload and/or
other phenomenons out of appliance.
•
This guarantee does not include parts subjected to normal wear.
•
On expiry of the guarantee the assistance service will be at the expenses of the owner as
well as all replaced parts, cost of labour and transport charges, according to the rate in
force.
•
Any controversy or dispute arising out of the present guarantee must be settled by the Law
Court of Bassano del Grappa (VI).
