6 USE
6.1 OPERATOR QUALIFICATION
The use of the machine must be performed by qualified personnel. The machine is intended for use by a single user at a time, which must
have received adequate information and training.
6.2 WORKPLACE AND MACHINE ELEMENTS
In the starting phase the operator occupies the front part with respect to the machine. This position could be changed according to the
processes in place.
6.3 WORKING INSTRUCTIONS
6.3.1 m
ain Panel funCtions
Main control panel’s elements are;
1) LCD Display;
Main informations like temperature and working speed are displayed. On the
display error codes and warnings will appear when triggered
2) Control knob;
Control knob can be turned clockwise or counter-clockwise in order to select
desired section. By pressing it you will acces sub-section or confirm setting
3) Green/START button
START button activates roller’s forward rotation indicated by steady green
led on (4).
4) Green led;
when on and steady it proves the machine is working and rollers are turning
5) STOP/REVERSE button;
This button stops roller’s rotation as shown by red light on and steady (6). Il
pressed and hold for a while it activates reverse rotation in order to release
the machine from paper jam when occurs.
6) Red led
On and blinking shows the machine is warming up. On and steady shows
the machine reached target temperature and rollers are stopped. In case
it’s blinking alternatively with the green led (4) it indicates a machine fault or
safety covers not in position.

emPerature adjustment
Temperature adjustment is made by selecting temperature section by turning the Control knob (2) until the temperature area is highlighted
(Image 6.2). Than confirm the selection by pressing the Control knob.
