Removing the RTC battery 

The following describes the procedure for removing the RTC battery (See Figure 4-25). 

1.

 

Disconnect the RTC battery harness from the connector 

CN8490

 on the system board. 

2.

 

Pull out the 

RTC battery harness

 from the 

guide

 and remove the 

RTC battery

.

Installing the RTC battery 

The following describes the procedure for installing the RTC battery (See Figure 4-25).

Install the 

RTC battery

 and pass the 

RTC battery harness

 through  the
