Has the ability to record movies.

Set the scene mode to [

] ( page 30).

When the [

] mode is selected, you are ready to

record a movie and the [

] icon will be displayed

on the LCD monitor.

Fully press the shutter button.

The movie will start recording and the indicator light
will turn to red.
Fully press the shutter button again to stop recording
the movie and save the images to the SD card.

Movie recording time

Movies can be recorded on the SD card for approximately the following time.

• When recording on the SD card, the indicator light turns red. Please do not open the

battery/SD card cover when the indicator light is on, otherwise the SD card and SD card
