3.4 Setting with the Engineering Tool (slave mode)

Unified Controller nv series MODBUS (MD911) Module Instruction Manual

Transmission type:

Set the transmission path (RS232C, RS485-2W, RS485-4W) for connecting with
the target MODBUS device.

Response time of interval (ms):

Set the monitoring time (0-9999 ms) from the completion of reception to the start
of a response.
Example 1 to 10 : 10ms

11 to 20 : 20ms

Frequency of communication error (for determination of reduced

frequency):

Not used in the slave mode.

Multiple at cycle (for determination of reduced frequency):

Not used in the slave mode.

RS-232C DCD Signal diagnosis:

Set whether to perform diagnosis of the DCD signal when the transmission path is
RS232C.

RS-232C DSR Signal diagnosis:

Set whether to perform diagnosis of the DSR signal when the transmission path is
RS232C.

RS-232C CTS Signal diagnosis:

Set whether to perform diagnosis of the CTS signal when the transmission path is
RS232C.

No.1 coil reading area size:

Set the size of the coil read area.
