Displaying Box and Folder Properties

Users can display and modify the properties of user boxes such as the box password and main-
tenance period to automatically delete documents, and Email notification settings. When the
box has been protected with a password, you must enter the password to modify the box proper-
ties. Also users can display the folder properties.
Administrators can also modify all protected user boxes properties and public box properties
using the administrator password.

If you want to modify the public box properties, you must first log in as the system adminis-
trator.

You cannot modify the password of the box that any users are currently accessing.
