198 Viewing Documents with e-BRIDGE Viewer
— Filtering Documents
You can filter the documents to be displayed in the Document View so that you can easily view
the desired documents.
You filter the documents by following methods.

If no document to be displayed exists for filtering them, no document image is displayed in the
Document View and you can not scroll through the document images. In that case, click the
[Release] icon in the Tool Bar to cancel filtering.
Filtering documents with file types
The documents can be filtered based on the following file types.
y PowerPoint File (*.ppt)
y Word File (*.doc, *.rtf)
y Excel File (*.xls, *.csv)
y PDF File (*.pdf)
y Plain Text File (*.txt)
y HTML File (*.html, *.htm)
y Image Data File (*.jpg, *.gif, *.png, *.tif, *.tiff, *.bmp)

Click the Filter menu and select the file type that you want to dis-
play.
y It only displays the file types that the check marks are displayed in the left.
You can also enable filtering by clicking the following icons.
[PowerPoint Filter], [Excel Filter], [Word Filter], [PDF Filter],
[Plain Text Filter], [HTML Filter], [Image Data Filter]
Filtering documents with memos
When the documents are filtered with memos, only the documents that the memos are attached
can be displayed. Also you can select the designs of memos so that you can display the docu-
ments that only the specific designs of memos are attached.
