2.8 Installing the Printer Drivers

(1)

Select “Settings” – “Printers” from the “Start” menu to open the printer folder.

(2) Double-click on the “Add Printer” icon. The Add Printer Wizard runs. Click on the

[Next]

button.

(3) Select “Local printer”, then click on the

[Next]

button. The screen listing “Manufacturers and

Printers” is displayed.

(4) Click on the

[Have Disk…]

button. The “Install From Disk” dialog box is displayed.

Specify the “

\driver

” folder in the CD-ROM drive, then click on the

[OK]

button.

(5) Select the printer to be installed from “Printers” list, then click on the

[Next]

button.
