Getting to Know the Windows ® XP Media Center

Starting the Media Center

Connect the remote sensor to the back of the remote
control receiver, and place the remote sensor IR port onto
the Set-top box's IR receiver port.

Sample S-video or Composite Video setup

Starting the Media Center

To start the Media Center:

Click Start, and then click Media Center, or point the
remote control at the remote sensor and press the Start
button.

Media Center opens in full screen mode.

The first time you open Media Center, a setup wizard displays.
From here, you can test your remote control and configure
your Internet connection, TV signal, and Television Program
