2. SELF DIAGNOSIS FUNCTION
1) Press "9" button on the remote control during display of adjustment menu in the service mode.
2) During diagnosis, the following displays are shown.
<SELF CHECK>
Part number of microprocessor (8 digits)
Operation number of protecting circuit ------"000" is normal .
When indication is other than "000", overcurrent is apt to flow, and circuit parts may possibly be dam-
aged.

MAIN : Main picture display --Green indication
Main picture does not display--Red indication
SUB : Sub picture display --Green indication
Sub picture does not display--Red indication
ID code for TV set
Software version information for E2P
Data number of OPT1 and OPT2
Software version history of host microprocessor (date indication)
HDMI NO: Serial No. of HDMI software (8digits)
HDMI ERR CODE: HDMI error code number
BEP SW VER: Software version information for BEP microprocessor
BEP E2P VER: Software version information for BEP E2P
Total hour of TV set on time (6digits). (Unit: hour)
*INITIALIZATION OF SELF DIAGNOSIS DATA
1) Enter the service mode, then select any register item.
2) Press and hold the RECALL button on the remote control, then press the CHANNEL up button on the TV. The
initialization has been completed.
