Digital Out
This setting enables you to set Digital Out preference
as Compressed or PCM . You should set this feaure in
accordance with the received broadcast’s content.
Press
MENU button and select Sound by using Left
or Right button. Press OK button to continue.
Select Digital Out using Up or Down button and then
use Left or Right button.
Conditional Access
This setting controls conditional access modules
when available. Select
Settings from the main menu
by using Left or Right button and press OK button.
Afterwards, use Up or Down button to set Conditional
Access . Press OK button to continue.
Parental
Con fi gures parental settings.
Timers
Sets timers for selected programmes. Press MENU
button and select Settings by using Left or Right
button. Press OK button to continue. Use Up or
Down button to select Timers and then press OK
button to continue.
Date/Time Settings
You can con fi gure date/time preferences by using
this menu screen. Press MENU button and select
Settings by using Left or Right button. Press OK
button to continue. Use Up or Down button to select
Date/Time and then press OK button to continue.
Sources
Enables or disables selected source options. Press
MENU button and select Settings by using Left or
Right button. Press OK button to continue. Use Up
or Down button to select Sources and then press OK
button to continue.
Other Settings
Displays other setting options of the TV set. Press
MENU button and select Settings by using Left or
Right button. Press OK button to continue. Use Up
or Down button to select Other Settings and then
press OK button to continue.
Menu Timeout
Press MENU button and select Settings by using Left
or Right button. Press OK button to continue. Use Up
or Down button to select Other Settings and then
press OK button. Select Menu Timeout using Up or
Down button and use Left or Right button to set a
speci fi c display timeout for menu screens.
Scan Encrypted Channels
When this setting is on, search process will locate the
encrypted channels as well. If it is set as No manually,
encrypted channels will not be located while in
automatic search or manual search. Scan Encrypted
Channel feature will always be ON after performing
fi rst time installation. Press MENU button and select
Settings by using Left or Right button. Press OK
button to continue. Use Up or Down button to select
Other Settings and then press OK button. Select
Scan Encrypted using Up or Down button and use
Left or Right button to set.
Blue Background
If the signal is weak or absent, the TV will automatically
change to a blue screen. To enable this, set Blue
Background to On. Press
MENU button and select
Settings by using Left or Right button. Press OK
button to continue. Use Up or Down button to select
Other Settings and then press OK button. Select
Blue Background using Up or Down button and use
Left or Right button to set.
Software Upgrade
This feature helps to keep your TV updated. It works
automatically and searches for new information when
available. Press
MENU button and select Settings
by using Left or Right button. Press OK button to
continue. Use Up or Down button to select Other
Settings and then press OK button. Select Software
Upgrade using Up or Down button and use OK button
to start update procedure.
