4. For the front, left bolt, drill a hole (7.1 mm or
9/32 inch) into the rear crossmember (
Figure 2 ).
Note:
Use the new heat shield as a template.
Note:
The other 3 bolts have aligning holes.

5. Install the new heat shield using the 4 bolts as
shown in
Figure 3 .
Note:
Ensure that the cutout of the shield faces
rearward.
