Caster Wheel Bushing Installation

1. Install the bushings to the wheel (2 bushings and 1 axle per wheel).

2. Install the center axle to the bushings.

3. Install the wheel to the machine. Secure with a ¾ inch bolt and nut securing

the wheel to the caster fork. Torque bolt and nut to 36.5–50 N • m (27–37
ft-lb).

4. Lower the machine to the floor.

1. Park the machine on a level surface and set the parking brake. Stop the

engine, wait for all moving parts to stop and remove the key.
