Grease pivot points : 

Clean and grease all grease points with a good 

quality compound of the grade specified, refer to 

SPECIFICATIONS

Replace any grease nipples which are damaged. 

Grease all cutterhead grease points and ensure 

that sufficient grease is injected such that clean 

grease is seen to escape from the roller end caps. 

This provides visible evidence that the roller 

seals have been purged of grass debris etc. and 

will ensure maximum working life.
