Connect the other end of the positive cable to the
positive terminal of the booster battery.

Connect the black negative (–) cable to the other
terminal (negative) of the booster battery.

Make the final connection on the engine block of
the stalled vehicle (NOT to the negative battery
post) away from the battery and stand back

Check that both the mounting hardware and the knobs are
in good working condition. Make sure that the knobs are
fully engaged with the ROPS in the fully raised position. The
upper hoop of the roll bar may need to be pushed forward or
pulled rearward to get both knobs fully engaged.
