Add unleaded gasoline to the fuel tank, until the level
is just inside the mesh filter basket.
Important:
This space in the tank allows gasoline
to expand. Do not fill the fuel tank completely full.
5.
Install the fuel tank cap securely.
6.
Wipe up any gasoline that may have spilled.
Adding Water
The water system is used to wet the surface of the compactor
to prevent asphalt from sticking to the compactor when in
use.
1.
Detach the valve coupler (Figure 9).

Remove the water tank from the frame by pulling up
on the elastic tank latch (Figure 10).

Fill the tank with water, reassemble it to the frame, and
reattach the coupler.
