Removing the Battery

Place the chain saw on a flat surface.
2.
Press down on the latch and remove the battery from the
cavity.
Note:
If you have trouble removing the battery, apply
some dielectric grease to the battery terminals (Figure
21). Do not use any other type of lubricant as it can
cause damage to the terminals.
