After Operation Safety
•
Park the machine on a level surface; engage the
parking brake; shut off the engine; remove the key;
and wait for all movement to stop before leaving
the machine.
•
Do not step on, over, or under the driveshaft.
•
Do not use the restrain chain of the PTO-shaft
guard to support the shaft when transporting or
storing the mower.
•
Do not rest the PTO shaft on the ground.
•
Do not allow the PTO-shaft guards to pull apart.
•
Keep all parts of the machine in good working
condition and all hardware tightened.
•
Replace all worn, damaged, or missing decals.
Removing the Attachment
1.
Park the machine on a level surface and engage
the parking brake.
2.
Lower the front and rear rollers enough to allow
the attachment to rest on the rollers without the
knives touching the ground. Refer to
the Working Depth (page 15)
.
3.
Lower the attachment onto the rollers.
4.
Shut off the engine and remove the key from
the traction unit.
5.
Remove the hydraulic hoses from the traction
unit.
6.
Remove the top link from the attachment.

Remove the lower links from the attachment.
Important:
Ensure that the attachment does
not roll when off the traction unit.

Start the traction unit and drive it away from the
attachment.
10.
Install the hairpin cotters into the hitch pins.
