Note:
Determine the left and right sides of the machine
from the normal operating position.
Adjusting the Discharge
Direction
The direction of the discharge opening can be changed from
the side to the front by moving the control handle (
Figure 9 ).

Operating Tips
WARNING
Discharged air has considerable force and could
cause injury or loss of footing.
• Stay away from the discharge opening when the
machine is operating.
• Keep bystanders away from the discharge
opening when the machine is running.
1. Start the tractor and run it at a low engine speed.
2. Engage the PTO while the engine is at idle speed.
3. Increase the tractor PTO speed to 540 rpm.
4. Practice blowing material.
Note:
Blow in the same direction that the wind is
blowing to prevent material from blowing back into
the cleared area.
