Installing the Upper Handle
Parts needed for this procedure:

Procedure
1.
Lift and rotate the upper handle and position it over
the lower handle (
Figure 4
).
2.
Install 2 handle bolts, 2 curved washers, and 2 locknuts
in the lower handle holes (
Figure 4
