Remove the 2 flange locknuts (1/2 inch), 2
capscrews (1/2 x 4-1/2 inches), and 2 washers
(1/2 inch) that secure the clevis to the hitch tube

Align the holes in the harness bracket with the
holes in the clevis as shown in

Assemble the harness bracket to the clevis
with the 2 capscrews, 2 washers, and 2 flange
locknuts that you removed in step

Torque the locknuts and capscrews to 67 to 83
N∙m (91 to 113 ft-lb).
