Removing and Installing the
Turbine Fan
Removing the Fan
1. Remove the turbine fan cover ( Figure 12 ).
2. Remove the central fastening bolt of the fan ( Figure
19 ).

3. Use a bolt (M16 x 80; not included) to press the blade
off the drive shaft.
Note:
Keep the key in a safe place.
4. Bring the blade to an Authorized Service Dealer to
have it balanced.
Installing the Fan
1. Insert the key into the key groove in the drive shaft
(
Figure 19 ) and use a hex bolt (M12 x 100) to press the
blade into the drive shaft.
2. Remove the hex bolt and install the central fastening
bolt (M12 x 45) and torque it to 125 N∙m (92 ft-lb).
3. Install the turbine fan cover ( Figure 12 ).
