Installing the Fittings and
Routing the Hydraulic Hoses
1. Remove the bolts securing the side panel of the
machine as shown in
Figure 5 .

2. Disconnect the hydraulic hose connected to the
90-degree fitting on the lower valve (
Figure 6 ).

3. Install the small-tee fitting and O-rings to the 90-degree
fitting and connect the hydraulic hose as shown in
Figure 6 .
4. Torque the fitting to 36 to 44 N-m (27 to 33 ft-lbs).
5. Disconnect the hydraulic hose connected to the tee
fitting on the top of the 9 section valve block (
Figure 7 ).

6. Install the large-tee fitting and O-rings to the existing
tee valve and connect the hydraulic hose as shown in
Figure 7 .
7. Torque the fitting to 50 to 63 N-m (37 to 47 ft-lbs).
8. Install the short hose from the small-tee fitting to the
valve and bracket assembly previously installed, as
shown in
Figure 8 .

9. Torque the fitting on the valve and bracket assembly to
20 to 25 N-m (15 to 19 ft-lbs).
10. Torque the fitting on the short hose to 46 to 56 N-m
(34 to 42 ft-lbs).
