1. Lubricate the O-rings in the ends of the fittings
with a bit of hydraulic fluid before installing.
2. Install an elbow fitting in each of the ports in
the hydraulic motor (Figure 4). The fitting
openings should face away from the mount
plate when you are finished.

3. Install the straight fitting into the number “3”
port on the flow valve (Figure 4).
4. Install the T-fitting into the number “2” port
on the flow valve (Figure 4). The center T
opening should face up.
5. Install the remaining elbow fitting into the
number “1” port on the bottom of the flow
valve (Figure 4). The fitting opening should
face the traction unit.
6. Connect the straight end of hose number
112-2766 to the elbow fitting on top of the
hydraulic motor (Figure 5).
7. Connect the angled end of hose number
112-2766 to the center opening of the T-fitting
in port number “2” of the flow valve (Figure 5).
8. Connect the straight end of hose number
105-4333 to the elbow fitting on bottom of the
hydraulic motor (Figure 5).
9. Connect the angled end of hose number
105-4333 to the straight fitting in port number
“3” of the flow valve (Figure 5).
10. Connect the angled end of hose number
112-2768 to the elbow fitting in port number
“1” of the flow valve (Figure 5).

11. Install the male quick coupler you removed
from the old hose to the end of hose number
112-2768 (Figure 5).
12. Connect the angled end of hose number
112-2769 to the end of the T-fitting in port
number “2” of the flow valve (Figure 5).
13. Install the female quick coupler you removed
from the old hose to the end of hose number
112-2769 (Figure 5).
14. Connect the plow to the traction unit and
operate it, ensuring that there are no leaks.
Tighten any leaking connections.
Important:
Ensure that when you
operate the plow, the blade is in the ground
or entering it. If you operate the plow
without pressure from the ground on the
blade you may damage the plow or traction
unit.
Hydraulic fluid escaping under pressure
can penetrate skin and cause injury.
Fluid injected into the skin must be
surgically removed within a few hours by
a doctor familiar with this form of injury
or gangrene may result.
• Keep your body and hands away from
pin hole leaks or nozzles that eject
high pressure hydraulic fluid.
• Use cardboard or paper to find
hydraulic leaks; never use your hands.
