Installation Instructions
Installing the Kit
1. Park the machine on a level surface and set the parking
brake.

2. Raise the cutting units.
3. Shut off the engine and remove the key from the
switch.
WARNING
If you leave the key in the ignition switch,
someone could accidently start the machine
and seriously injure you or other bystanders.
Remove the key from the ignition switch
before you do any maintenance.
4. Lock the cutting units in the raised position using the
transport latches.
5. Drill 3 holes (6 mm) in the aluminium sign.
6. Drill 3 corresponding holes on either the rear mesh
screen of the machine or a suitable bracket at the rear
of the machine.
Note:
Ensure that the drill does not make contact
with the radiator, the oil cooler, or the hoses.
7. For machines with mesh on the rear of the machine,
attach the aluminum sign to the mesh, using the nut,
bolt and (if mounting to the rear mesh) the spacers
provided; refer to Figure 2 , Figure 3 , Figure 4 , Figure
5 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 , and Figure 8 .
Important:
Failing to fit the spacers may result in
the machine overheating.
8. Apply a PVC sign to each side of the engine cover or
the operator platform.
